1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vf77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the vf77 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the vf77 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

vf77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the vf77 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a real, individual person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by vf77 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.

vf77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of registration or account operation. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or a government-issued photo ID. Until satisfactory verification documents are received, vf77 may restrict your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

If it is determined at any point that a player is under the age of 18, vf77 will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed, and confiscate any winnings. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned where practically possible, subject to verification of the payment source.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one account only on the vf77 Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When creating your vf77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number (Bangladeshi), and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. vf77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify vf77's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Sharing

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your vf77 account. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by a third party with or without your knowledge — is your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vf77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). vf77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your vf77 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• vf77 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• vf77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit amounts.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your vf77 account.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied.
• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is typically within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• vf77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals will be declined if the account has not yet satisfied the minimum activity requirements or if there are ongoing fraud investigations related to the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vf77 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major ICC cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified vf77 account and met the minimum deposit threshold stated in the relevant promotion.
• Each player may claim each individual promotion only once, unless otherwise stated. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are spent first; bonus funds are used once the real-money balance reaches zero, unless the promotional terms specify otherwise.
• All bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the applicable promotion ("wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount.
• Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements vary. Unless stated otherwise: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes at the rate determined by the applicable odds at time of placement.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless a specific expiry date is stated in the promotion, bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire 7 days after being credited to your account. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

5.3 vf77's Rights Regarding Promotions

vf77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a technical error or mis-pricing of any bonus offer, vf77 reserves the right to void the affected bonus and return the qualifying deposit to the player's balance.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vf77 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all winnings arising from prohibited activity will be voided, and vf77 reserves the right to report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent stage of account operation.
• Money Laundering: Using the vf77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities. vf77 operates active anti-money-laundering monitoring and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement agencies.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hand information in live card games or coordinating bets in trading scenarios.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or any other method designed to generate bonus funds without genuine gameplay intent.
• Technical Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback against a vf77 deposit transaction. Players found to have made fraudulent chargebacks will be liable for the full disputed amount plus any associated administration fees.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access for an underage person.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your vf77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by vf77

vf77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by vf77 due to a breach of these Terms, vf77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, the balance may be reported to and retained by the relevant authorities.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. vf77 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after a 12-month inactive period, provided the account balance permits. Once the balance reaches zero, no further fees will be applied and the account will be closed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vf77's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vf77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vf77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, even if vf77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vf77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of some or all services.

vf77 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, network or infrastructure failures, or civil unrest.
